Founded in 1991 in Izmir, Güralp Crane and machinery company has become an R & D center approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and technology as a result of its R & D activities and projects. Güralp is moving towards becoming a global brand with its R & D investments and efforts in recent years. Güralp, which is one of the leading companies in Turkey in its sector, has invested heavily in R & D and innovation in recent years and proudly represents our country in both domestic and international arena with its innovations in Crane and machinery sector and its emphasis on quality standards.
July May 2017, Güralp started preparations to become an official R & D center by taking the necessary steps and completed the formal application process in July. As a result of the necessary investigations and negotiations, it was approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology on 19.09.2017 and became the first officially approved R & D center in the crane sector.
Güralp Chairman of the Board of directors Alparslan Kurtmen stated that " they have received the results of the investments made in R & D so far with the innovative perspective, the vision that aims to continuously develop themselves and to achieve sustainable success. He added that research and development activities will continue with the support of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in the next period.”
Following closely the development of Science and new technologies and new robots and machines, Güralp carries out an important part of its production by using state-of-the-art robots and aims to achieve new successes with its sustainability policy in quality and innovation.
