Along this regard we embraced total quality management philosophy parallel to TS EN ISO – 9001:2008 Quality Management System Standard and stated all processes to improve company main targets.
GÜRALP implemented applications such as 5S, KAIZEN, Zero-defect Policy, Problem Solving Teams, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in order to increase its continuous improvement culture and competition power to provide proper products right on time for its customers.
