06How the Process Works
The selection and placement process, designed to ensure candidates are placed in the right job, involves collaboration between human resources and department managers. Human Resources manages the preliminary assessment process and invites the candidate for an interview. After examining criteria such as the candidate's suitability for the organisational culture and the match between the candidate's qualifications and the position sought, the candidate is interviewed by the department manager to assess their professional knowledge. Once the selection process is complete, the result is communicated to the candidate.
